Accidently on Purpose

Tom's been acting really weird lately. He started acting like this after we played our song at a concert. ever since then, it's like been avoiding the time we put to the side to be together. Everytime I try to get near him, he gets all mad. If i did something to anger him, i would appreciate knowing what it is i did.

As his twin, i know when somethings wrong, and something is definitly wrong. I wanna help him.

i woke up on our day off alone in the hotel bed. Wondering where Tom went, i got up looking around and knocked on Georg and Gustav's room.

"What's up Bill?"

"Gustav have you seen Tom?"

"Yea he told us he was going for a drive, and said not to wake you that he'd be back in awhile"

I looked down.

"Bill are you okay?"

"yea i'm fine"

i turned to walk away but stopped.

"you wouldn't by chance know where he was going, would you?"

"he didn't say"

"thanks Gustav"

i went back to the room to get dressed. yea i went outside in my pj's. After getting dressed i went for a walk in the park that's right behind our hotel. I had my iPod on because i wanted to drown out everything around me. Finally getting to the park i found a bench near the pond. I put my favorite song at the moment. "If I Had You"

I was singing low and didn't relize how loud i was singing until some one came and sat next to me.

"you have a nice voice"

"thank you" i said nervously

he stuck out his hand.

"my name is Shane by the way"

grabbing his hand...

"my name is Bill"

He pulled his hand back and starting staring and smiling at me.

"you know, you have such a pretty face"

He put a strand of hair from my face behind my ear.
we sat there talking for a couple of hours and i had to admit he was funny.

"i should really get going, my brother's probably looking for me"

"ok, it was really nice meeting you"

without warning he gave me a kiss on the cheek. I stood there blushing for a minute then i smiled. As i turned to go i notice a familiar black escalade speed off.
There was no doubt in my mind...that was Tom's car.

When i got back to the hotel, i noticed he still wasn't back. I took a shower and sat on the bed watching TV and writing. Not 10 minutes later Tom walks in the door.

" hey Tomi"

Nothing. All i got was a look and the slam of the bathroom door. When he came out, is when he finally started to talk to me. Although, it wasn't the kind of talk i wanted to have.  

"Bill, where were you today?"

"i went to the park"

"who was that guy?"

"Shane, i just met him"

"so you always kiss people you've knwn for five minutes?"

"it wasn't like that..."

"what? because i'm not around for a couple of hours you think it's alright to go and french someone you don't even know"

"a couple of hours? Tom i haven't seen you in days! all i wanted to do was talk to someone and i just happen to meet some one new"

"what are you talking about i've been here"

"no Tom you haven't, there's been a "Tom" here physically, but not the Tom i knew"

"i haven't changed"

"yes you have Tom, ever since we played our song at our last concert,you've been acting different. Everytime i try to talk to you push me away and go someplace else. all i wanted to do was talk to you and see if i can help you with aything"

Tom just stared at me, i couldn't tell if he was thinking anything. But before i could say another word he left. it'd been a half an hour before i couldn't take the crying anymore and decided to go for a drive myself.

After a while of driving, i pulled over because a whole new set of tears started pouring down my face. i sat there for a while til most of my tears had dried up. as i was pulling out of my place a drunk driving came around the corner fast and hit my car. i was in pain for a while until i blacked out. My only hope is that Tom has our twin line connected so i could tell him i'm sorry i was such a bad brother.
